★ Maintenance
Inspect the SR-91 before each use. When needed, lightly dress the scoring point with a fine file to maintain proper scoring action.
★ The Working End
The working end of the Pipe Force Method.
Built from 304 stainless steel and designed for demanding field use. Professional-grade replaceable wear components. Built to work. Designed to replace.
★ First In Line
The SR-91 is the first-stage component of the Pipe Force Method. It creates controlled scoring action inside the host pipe, preparing the existing line so the SR-71 can follow behind to expand, compact, and guide the replacement waterline.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel and heat-treated to grade, the SR-91 performs the most aggressive work in the SR-Series. Because of that, it will typically wear faster than the SR-71.
★ Maintenance
Inspect the SR-91 before each use. When needed, lightly dress the scoring point with a fine file to maintain proper scoring action.
★ Second In Line
The SR-71 follows behind the SR-91 to expand the host path, compact displaced material and surrounding soil, support alignment, and guide the new water service line from entry point to exit.
The SR-91 scores.
The SR-71 expands, compacts, and guides.
★ Maintenance
Inspect the SR-71 before each use. Light buffing may be used as needed to maintain smooth movement and reduce unnecessary drag.
★ The Defining Feature
Real pipe conditions are rarely perfect. There may be bends, offsets, slight directional changes, and resistance points underground.
Flow-Link™ gives the SR-Series controlled articulation so the system can move with the pipe instead of fighting against it.
