The PF-12™ is a compact, jobsite-built trenchless pulling platform — the working end of the Pipe Force Method. It delivers slow, steady, controlled pulling force through a 1’ × 2’ footprint so you can replace a residential water service line without digging a continuous trench.

No. The PF-12 is a platform, not a winch. It gives contractors what they need to condition, score, expand, compact, connect, anchor, and pull through a controlled replacement process. The core is ForceCore™, a controlled pulling module engineered specifically for trenchless work — muscle with discipline, not raw winch power.

ForceCore™ is the controlled pulling module at the heart of the PF-12. It delivers 20,000 lb of line pull through a 544:1 gear ratio, geared for the geometry of a water service replacement rather than chasing torque. It runs on a 12V DC power platform (7.9 HP).

It’s designed and assembled in our shop in Nashville, Tennessee by working plumbers, and every prototype has been tested on real service lines.

Yes. The Pipe Force Method is designed for copper service lines — both soft copper and hard copper — where site conditions allow a controlled pull.

Yes. The system is designed for common plastic water service materials, including PEX-A, PEX-B, PVC, and poly / polyethylene-style water service piping.

The system is intended for typical residential water service sizes — primarily 3/4” and 1” service lines — depending on field conditions, pipe condition, soil conditions, and the pull path.

Under-slab water service replacement — pulling brand-new PEX-A lines straight through the slab with no jackhammers or trenches — is coming soon to the PF-12 platform. You can get notified when it’s available.

No continuous trench. The PF-12 anchors at the access point through a 1’ × 2’ footprint and typically works from just two primary access points — no continuous trench and no heavy equipment staging.

Just a 1’ × 2’ footprint at the access point. It’s built for real residential conditions — tight access, meter pits, foundation walls, and landscaping you need to protect.

No. The unit does not require perfectly level positioning to function as intended. The key is proper anchoring, alignment, and controlled setup. The anchoring boot braces against a foundation, trench face, or compacted dirt wall to keep every pull stable and repeatable.

The method is designed to replace a service line in hours, not days.

Pipe Force is a professional trenchless system, not a blind-force pulling method. Existing buried fittings, valves, repair couplings, irrigation tees, severe offsets, or unknown transitions may require exposing the line, doing a spot dig, or modifying the pull plan. The method is designed to reduce excavation, not ignore real-world jobsite conditions.

The frame is built from 2” square tubing for a rigid pulling platform, finished in Pipe Force Blue powder coat. It’s designed to be serviced in the field — removable winch plate, battery tray, 10” wheels, and a removable handle that doubles as a meter key for water shutoff.
