★ The Pipe Force Method
Pipe Force is a complete trenchless water service replacement system built to help plumbers reduce excavation, protect customer property, and deliver higher-value waterline replacements with more control.
Compact equipment. Controlled pulling. Purpose-built components. One repeatable method.
★ Watch It Work
Watch the PF-12 pull a new water line from start to finish — no trench, no digging.
★ The Problem
Same problem. Two very different processes.
The goal is not just to replace the pipe.
The goal is to replace it with control.
★ The Pipe Force Method
A purpose-built sequence — not an improvised winch setup.
Prep Glide™ conditions the host pipe and helps reduce resistance before the pull begins.
The SR-91™ Scoring Head creates controlled scoring action inside the existing line.
The SR-71™ Expansion & Compaction Wedge expands the host path, compacts displaced material, and guides the new water service line.
The Cable Grip™ mechanically connects the 3/8″ aircraft cable to the replacement waterline.
ForceCore™ delivers slow, steady, controlled pulling force through the PF-12.
The PF-12 frame and anchoring boot stabilize the system against the jobsite during operation.
Every part has a purpose.
Every step supports the pull.
★ The Core System
Compact footprint. Controlled pull. Built for the field.
The PF-12 is the core platform behind the Pipe Force Method. Built from 2″ square tubing and finished in Pipe Force Blue powder coat, the PF-12 combines ForceCore™ controlled pulling technology, a serviceable directional pulley, anchoring boot, cable path, removable wheels, removable handle, removable winch plate, and removable battery tray into one compact field-ready system.
★ The Muscle Behind The Method
ForceCore™ is the controlled pulling module inside the PF-12. This is not a bumper-mounted 4x4 recovery winch.
A truck winch recovers vehicles. ForceCore™ pulls new waterlines into place.
Designed specifically for the Pipe Force Method, ForceCore™ delivers slow, steady, controlled pulling force through a system geared to complement the geometry of the SR-Series.
The SR-91 scores.
The SR-71 expands, compacts, and guides.
ForceCore™ delivers the right force at the right pace so the method can work progressively through the host path.
Power is easy.
Control is engineered.
★ The Working System
Pipe Force works because the system works together. The PF-12 provides the platform. ForceCore™ provides the controlled pulling force. Prep Glide™ conditions the host pipe. The SR-Series prepares and guides the path. Cable Grip™ connects the pull force to the replacement line.
These are not random accessories.
They are the components of the Pipe Force Method.

Less Resistance. More Control.
Water-based polymer pipe conditioning lubricant developed specifically for the Pipe Force Method. Helps condition the host pipe, reduce resistance, and support controlled movement of the SR-Series.

The Connection That Pulls It All Together.
Compression-style wedge connector that mechanically attaches the 3/8″ aircraft cable to the replacement waterline. Creates the mechanical tie-on point that transfers pulling force into the new pipe.

Price follows value.
Pipe Force is not just about doing the job differently. It is about selling the job differently.
With the Pipe Force Method, contractors offer a higher-value waterline replacement option designed to reduce excavation, limit property disruption, and create a better customer experience. Price is only the issue for a customer if value is absent — Pipe Force lets you build value.
That matters when the customer is choosing between a contractor who wants to trench through the yard and a contractor who can explain a more controlled trenchless method.
Protect the customer's property
Reduce unnecessary excavation
Limit restoration conversations
Offer a premium service
Stand apart from dig-first competitors
Build a repeatable process
The customer does not just buy a new waterline.
They buy less disruption.
★ Training & Support
Pipe Force is a method-driven system. That means training matters.
Pipe Force University gives operators a structured way to understand the equipment, the components, the setup philosophy, the pulling sequence, and the maintenance approach behind the PF-12.
The goal is not just to own the machine.
The goal is to understand the method.
Pipe Force is a method, not just hardware. Reserve a PF-12 and you’re backed by structured support designed to keep you running the system with confidence — from day one onward.
★ Force Support
Full Pipe Force operating manual — setup philosophy, signal system, first-pull protocol, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Always accessible to approved operators.
★ First Pull Backup
Direct support during your first jobs so the method runs cleanly out of the gate. You’re not figuring it out alone.
★ Operator Community
Connect with other Pipe Force operators. Share field techniques, ask questions, troubleshoot edge cases, and stay current with method updates. You’re part of the original group.
