PF-12 Trenchless Pulling System
★ Built In Tennessee

★ Built For The Method

A platform — not a winch.

Compact Platform

1' × 2' footprint anchors the system at the access point — no continuous trench, no heavy equipment staging.

Controlled Pulling

ForceCore™ delivers slow, steady force through 3/8" aircraft cable. Muscle with discipline — not raw winch power.

Built In Tennessee

Designed and assembled in our Tennessee shop by working plumbers. Every prototype tested on real service lines.

The PF-12 is where the method becomes a machine.

★ The Frame

Built to pull. Built to last.

PF-12 anatomy — Built to Pull, Built to Last

The PF-12 frame is constructed from 2" square tubing to create a strong, rigid platform for controlled trenchless pulling. Finished in Pipe Force Blue powder coat, the frame is built to look professional, hold up in the field, and represent the Pipe Force brand on the jobsite.

  • 2" square tubing frame — rigid platform for controlled pulling
  • Pipe Force Blue powder coat — professional finish, jobsite durability
  • Serviceable red directional pulley — long-term maintenance of the cable path
  • Removable winch plate — access to the ForceCore™ Controlled Pulling Module
  • Removable battery tray — practical access to the 12V power platform
  • Removable 10" wheels — easier to move and position on real jobsites
  • Removable handle — doubles as a meter key for water shutoff access
  • Anchoring boot — designed to brace against foundation, trench face, or compacted dirt wall

★ Anchoring Boot

The detail that makes the pull repeatable.

PF-12 anchoring boot detail

The anchoring boot is what turns a compact platform into a stable working system. It locks the PF-12 against the jobsite during operation — distributing pulling load, preventing system shift, and keeping every pull predictable.

This is the kind of detail you only know to build when you've been the plumber on the jobsite.

01
Stabilizes against the jobsite
No system shift, no platform walk during a pull
02
Distributes pulling load
Force routes through the boot, not the operator
03
Repeatable setup
Same anchor logic every time, every job
PF-12 on a real residential jobsite

★ Real Jobsite Setup

No perfect equipment pad required.
A 1' × 2' footprint.

Residential service work rarely happens on perfect ground. The PF-12 is designed for real conditions: tight access, uneven soil, foundation walls, trench faces, meter pits, landscaping, and residential property that needs to be protected.

The unit does not require perfectly level positioning to function as intended. The key is proper anchoring, alignment, and controlled setup.

SR-71™ Expansion & Compaction Wedge

Expands the host path and compacts displaced material — guiding the new water service line through behind it.

Wear part · Light buffing
★ Articulation
Flow-Link articulation

Flow-Link™ Articulation Technology

Lets the working head navigate the natural geometry of an existing service line. Critical for controlled, repeatable pulls.

★ ForceCore Inside

Muscle with discipline.
Power is easy. Control is engineered.

ForceCore™ is the controlled pulling module at the heart of the PF-12 — engineered specifically for trenchless work, not adapted from another category. 20,000 lb line pull. 544:1 gear ratio. Geared for the geometry of a water service replacement.

★ Approved Host Pipe Materials

Designed for the materials
plumbers actually replace.

★ Copper Service

Copper Materials

  • Soft copper
  • Hard copper

★ Plastic Service

Plastic Water Service Materials

  • PEX-A
  • PEX-B
  • PVC
  • Poly / polyethylene-style water service piping

The system is intended for typical residential water service sizes — primarily 3/4” and 1” service lines — depending on field conditions, pipe condition, soil conditions, and the pull path.

★ Field Conditions Still Matter

Pipe Force is a professional trenchless replacement system, not a blind-force pulling method. Existing buried fittings, valves, repair couplings, irrigation tees, severe offsets, unknown transitions, or unusual changes in direction may require exposing the line, performing a spot dig, or modifying the pull plan.

The Pipe Force Method is designed to help plumbers reduce excavation — not ignore real-world jobsite conditions.
