The PF-12™ is not just a frame on wheels — it is the core Pipe Force system. It gives contractors the platform required to condition, score, expand, compact, connect, anchor, and pull through a controlled trenchless replacement process.
1' × 2' footprint anchors the system at the access point — no continuous trench, no heavy equipment staging.

★ The Frame
The PF-12 frame is constructed from 2" square tubing to create a strong, rigid platform for controlled trenchless pulling. Finished in Pipe Force Blue powder coat, the frame is built to look professional, hold up in the field, and represent the Pipe Force brand on the jobsite.
★ Anchoring Boot
The anchoring boot is what turns a compact platform into a stable working system. It locks the PF-12 against the jobsite during operation — distributing pulling load, preventing system shift, and keeping every pull predictable.
This is the kind of detail you only know to build when you've been the plumber on the jobsite.
★ Real Jobsite Setup
Residential service work rarely happens on perfect ground. The PF-12 is designed for real conditions: tight access, uneven soil, foundation walls, trench faces, meter pits, landscaping, and residential property that needs to be protected.
The unit does not require perfectly level positioning to function as intended. The key is proper anchoring, alignment, and controlled setup.

Expands the host path and compacts displaced material — guiding the new water service line through behind it.

Lets the working head navigate the natural geometry of an existing service line. Critical for controlled, repeatable pulls.
Precision component
Front compression wedge with 3/4" female threaded adapter. Mechanically locks the aircraft cable to the replacement waterline.
Wear part · Replaceable
Conditions the host pipe before the pull begins. Reduces resistance. Reorder by job or set up crew stock pricing.

The Pipe Force Method is designed for trenchless replacement of common residential water service lines where site conditions allow a controlled pull.

The system is intended for typical residential water service sizes — primarily 3/4” and 1” service lines — depending on field conditions, pipe condition, soil conditions, and the pull path.
★ Field Conditions Still Matter
Pipe Force is a professional trenchless replacement system, not a blind-force pulling method. Existing buried fittings, valves, repair couplings, irrigation tees, severe offsets, unknown transitions, or unusual changes in direction may require exposing the line, performing a spot dig, or modifying the pull plan.
The Pipe Force Method is designed to help plumbers reduce excavation — not ignore real-world jobsite conditions.
