PF-12 Warranty.
Built by plumbers, for plumbers.

PF-12 three-year equipment warranty, tooling durability & our manufacturing philosophy

Pipe Force wasn’t developed in a corporate boardroom by people who’ve never replaced a water service. It was conceived, engineered, built, and tested by plumbers who understand the demands of working in the field every day.

As a third-generation plumber, I know firsthand the frustration of investing in expensive equipment only to experience premature failures, costly repairs, or components that seem to reach the end of their useful life shortly after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

That’s not how we approached building Pipe Force.

We didn’t design this equipment around an expiration date. We designed it around durability, serviceability, and the expectation that working plumbers should be able to depend on their investment for years of professional use.

— Robert Graham, Founder, Pipe Force Solutions

★ Coverage

Three-Year Equipment Warranty

The PF-12 frame, its attached components, and the ForceCore pulling assembly are covered for three years.

3
Year Warranty
PF-12™ Equipment

The PF-12 carries a three-year warranty covering the blue equipment frame and its attached components, including the ForceCore pulling assembly.

  • Blue PF-12™ equipment frame
  • Attached frame components
  • ForceCore™ pulling assembly
The three-year warranty defines our coverage period. It does not represent the expected lifespan of the equipment.

★ Tooling Durability

SR-Series Tooling — Built for Longevity

Our proprietary SR-91 Scoring Head and SR-71 Expansion & Compaction Wedge are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, with the SR-91 receiving additional heat treatment.

SR-91™
Scoring Head
  • 304 stainless steel
  • Additional heat treatment
SR-71™
Expansion & Compaction Wedge
  • 304 stainless steel

These components are classified as wear items because of their direct engagement with existing pipe materials during replacement.

However, here’s something I believe speaks volumes about their construction:

Throughout our development, testing, and normal field operations, we have yet to decommission an SR-91 or SR-71 due to ordinary operational wear.

That doesn’t mean these components are indestructible or will never require replacement. It means we have deliberately prioritized material quality, mechanical simplicity, and long-term durability over disposable component design.

Replacement components remain available when needed, and our equipment is designed to be maintained and serviced rather than unnecessarily replaced.

★ Our Manufacturing Philosophy

Ultimately, our philosophy is straightforward:

We build equipment the way we’d want it built if we were the plumbers purchasing it with our own hard-earned money.

Built by Plumbers. For Plumbers.

That’s what Built by Plumbers. For Plumbers. means to us.
